What This Site Is

This is a private reference site. It has no authority over any government office, does not store official records, and cannot confirm custody status, release a person, change a court record, or file documents.

The site points users toward Racine County jail resources, Wisconsin court and corrections portals, federal locator tools, and third-party research services. Wisconsin public-records access is described in part by Wis. Stat. 19.31 and Wis. Stat. 19.35, but the official record holder decides what can be released.

Use Rules

• Do not use the site in a way that violates law.
• Do not use information to stalk, harass, threaten, or harm another person.
• Do not use site content for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or other FCRA-covered screening.

No Consumer Reports

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide background checks, credit reports, tenant reports, employment screening reports, or consumer reports. You agree that you will not use information found here, or through any linked partner tool, for an FCRA-covered purpose.

Links may lead to jail rosters, sheriff pages, corrections sites, court portals, legal resources, federal locators, and outside search services. Those sites are separate from this one. We are not responsible for their accuracy, availability, data handling, prices, or terms.

The site is provided as is. We do not promise any of the following.

Wisconsin Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any dispute must be filed in a court located in Wisconsin, unless applicable law requires a different forum.

Severability
