Search Terms
When you enter a name, location, or other search detail into a search tool, that query is sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Racine County Inmate Population does not keep its own separate log of those search terms.
Messages
If you send an email or other contact message, we may keep the information you provide so we can respond. We do not share those messages outside the organization unless a valid legal requirement applies.

Stat. 19.35, but those laws do not control every private site or partner tool.
